I have been a Traveller for twenty six years and have worked in the Travel Industry for the last twenty three of those. The thrill of jumping on a plane, a train or a boat has never left me. Not having been able to travel very much for these last few years has really allowed all of us to realise just how important the freedom we had previously enjoyed to just get up and go travelling (Kids & Husband notwithstanding) was and like many of us I have missed it.

I cant wait to re-connect with some of my favourite parts of the world. The Greek Islands,  South East Asia & Africa. Or do I aim for some of those un-ticked items on the Bucket List like Sri Lanka or Cuba. As it once always was ... The world is full of endless possibilities.

With 21 years experience, including management of various Travel Agencies, I have been through all the ups and downs of the Travel Industries and I am still here.

I have travelled extensively throughout Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, South America and the South Pacific.  I am especially fond of Japan and have travelled there 18 times and have ski-ed in most resorts in Japan.  I have also ski-ed Canada, USA, Argentina, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Switzerland, France and Italy.  I have lived in Queenstown for 6 years so I am a bit partial to New Zealand as a destination.  

I look forward to helping you plan your long awaited dream holiday after all this time we have been restricted.

Lauren Williams

My passion is travel and I’ve been in this industry for 11 years.

I have traveled the Garden Route of South Africa, Boarded the Rocky Mountaineer to explore Canada, cruised on the Ovation of the seas, Pacific Explorer, Celebrity solstice and the Rhine in Europe with Avalon Waterways. I love a great relaxation vacation in Fiji, Bali and New Caledonia. I have travelled a little further and found Mexico and Cuba to also be great relaxing spots yet there is so much to explore in experiences, culture and food. I must admit I am a bit of a movie and TV show buff and Los Angeles offered so much for me with my highlight being Warner Bro’s Movie world.

Now I cant forget traveling to our neighboring country New Zealand – the North Island has so much to offer and so hire a car and explore this beautiful country on your own, I did like being chauffeured on a coach tour though! Our own backyard has a lot to offer and so far I have visited Adelaide, Tasmania and travelled up and down the coastline as far as Canberra to the very tip of Cape York!

I commenced my Travel Career at our Coolangatta Store and have been with our company for 10 years. In that time I have had the opportunity to travel the world. 

Yes the destination is where you want to be; to absorb the culture, to experience the adventure, to relax and enjoy the surroundings but the journey begins at your first thought, where will you go, what can you do when you get there, how will you get there?

I get to enjoy this part of your holiday with you.  Enjoy discovering what it is you really want to experience.  There’s so many ways to get there.  I get to go on so many holidays with everyone I book, by being in the making of it. Right up until you depart, and sometimes while you’re away as travel can have its unpredictable moments. 

I’ve been fortunate and had many destinations myself, the Culture is what I love the most.  Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Cambodia.  Ireland, Amsterdam to Budapest, Germany, Switzerland and France. Hawaii, Maui.  And some cruises too! they’re our family holidays, with Royal Caribbean and Carnival.  I have traveled with Wendy Wu, APT, Scenic & Trafalgar. Next Stop .... Egypt!

Amanda Grogan

I have been in travel for 9 years and absolutely love that we get to open up the world to people! I started in leisure and loved spending time with my wonderful clients to get them their personal version of the perfect holiday! My favourite place to sell was New Zealand – I truly believe there is an experience suited to EVERYONE there, and it’s only a hop skip and jump away. One of my personal fav destinations though is anything related to Disney Parks – if you let me, I will talk for hours about the marvelous Walt Disney and all the fun to be had at Disney parks worldwide. In 2023, I began working part-time and took on an exciting new travel adventure by switching to our corporate team. I love being able to support these clients as they do their important work and make it an easy time to be away from home and on the road. 

Some of my most memorable travel experiences have been nature based - swimming with whale sharks in Mexico, crocs in NT and seals in NZ ; exploring hidden caves around the world and hiking the Swiss alps.

Andrew Moloney

In April 1991 I jumped on a Continental DC-10 for my first international flight little realising that my life was changing forever. Since disembarking in Honolulu, I have been lucky enough to visit over 50 countries in every continent on the planet with the exception of Antarctica - That is next on The Bucket list.

When I returned home the worlds of Travel & Business collided and delivered a career in the Travel Industry - As exciting & dynamic an industry that you could ever hope for.

Having come though the challenges of the last few years it is fantastic to once again be sending our clients on their trips of a lifetime - or simply getting back to business.

I have worked in Travel for 16 years now and have enjoyed every moment of it.  I love to travel and have had the opportunity to visit many countries including Thailand, Cambodia , Vietnam, New Zealand, Singapore , Los Angeles, Mexico and Hong Kong.  

My favourite destination would have to be Cambodia, to experience sunrise at Angkor Wat Temple was breathtaking and an experience I will never forget!  I’ve climbed the 1260 steps to Tiger Cave Temple in Krabi, (this was a personal challenge for myself so rewarding to have done it) ,  kayaked  through the caves in Phangnga Bay Thailand,  and walked to Fox Glacier New Zealand

After everything the world has thrown at us all, it feels wonderful to still be here doing the job I love

I embarked on my Travel Journey more than 25 years ago in New Zealand. In 2003 I moved to the Tweed Coast; this is where first met Andrew who hired me as a Travel Agent all those years ago. 

Since that time, I have had many wonderful opportunities in the travel industry working in a variety of roles including leisure, wholesale travel, marketing and product, cruising and Corporate – with a specialty in the Groups and events space. I am passionate about working alongside business’ and finding bespoke travel solutions with them. 

My favourite travel companions are my 2 sons, I love making special memories with them both here in Australia and abroad.  I have spent many wonderful years travelling - some of my highlights are the Cook Islands, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, Canada, New Zealand, Jamaica, USA inc Alaska and Hawaii, Grand Cayman, Switzerland, China, Japan, Indonesia, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Noumea, Vanuatu, Cambodia, India, France, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates. I love Cruising too – Canada/Alaska was a highlight!

I began my career in travel 20 years ago after returning from a 2 year working holiday in the U.K. I came back to Australia with a strong passion for travel and decided that I would like to help other people experience the amazing sights and different cultures that can be found all over the world. After 12 years in retail travel I now looks after our corporate business travellers. My   travel so far has taken me to the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia), Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, Morocco, United States, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Bali. South East Asia is one of my favourite destinations with Thailand and Bali being places I can return to time and time again and always find new and different experiences and locations to explore. One of my most memorable travel adventures was attending the Anzac Day dawn service at Anzac Cove in Gallipoli, an unforgettable once in a lifetime travel experience.
